So the time has come for another get together. I am planning a trip to watch a baseball game at Jamsil Stadium on Oct 1st. The game will start at 5pm and it will be the Doosan Bears against the LG Twins. The price of tickets are 12,000 won. We will need to RSVP tickets because it will probably be a popular game. We will need to purchase the tickets about a week in advance depending on how many people are going. Please send me an email if you would like to join us for the baseball game. Feel free to bring your friends along too.
We will be meeting at Sports Complex subway station which is off of line 2 station number 218. We will meet outside subway exit number 6 at 2pm Sat Oct 1st. Here is the link for the Seoul subway. http://mappery.com/map-of/Seoul-Subway-Map-3. Sports Complex Station is on the bottom right hand side of the green line. Please make sure to be on time so we can get some good seats. The seats are first come first serve. And if we have enough people we should get some airtime on TV too! I will be sending out another email on how to make payment for the tickets. First I just want to get a rough head count of how many people would be attending. I am hoping to expect at least 30 people. Its going to be a great night out, and an awesome chance to meet new people. This means at least another 29 new fb friends hahaha jkjk. Hope to meet you all in person finally!
Also it will be a 3 day weekend that week, so if you guys are planning to spend the weekend in Seoul please let me know, and I can help you book a room at the hostel. The costs range from about 22,000 won – 28,000 won a night. Most of the hostels are in the Hongdae area which is off line 2 the green line on the upper left hand side. Lots of pubs and clubs in this area. Also a lot of great places to eat.
